Possesses sound working knowledge of varied training techniques as well as demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
Business Leadership experience includes assisting in all aspects of revenue improvement and organizational efficiency that ensures that they develop best and next practices which will assist in cutting down cost of operation for good bottom line.
Mr. Mkangi has consulted for various firms among them East African Breweries Limited, Kenya Commercial Bank, Barclays, MultiChoice (K) Ltd, Unga Group, International Livestock Research Institute, amongst others. He has undertaken various assignments in Kenya and Ethiopia and a registered member of the Professional Trainers Association of Kenya (PTAK).
Jenny is a creative, results-oriented HR generalist with over 13 years’ experience in HR management, Facilities Management and leadership. She has held the positions of
HR & Communications Officer, HR & Facilities Manager and Group HR supervising People operations in three countries.
She has championed HR strategies at the executive level. Her accomplishments resulted in practical cost-effective HR programs that improved business results. Her experience managing people issues provides her with an appreciation for the impact HR initiatives have on organization effectiveness as well as the need for simplicity and cost effectiveness to ensure positive results.
Jenny has a bachelor’s degree in HRM and is a certified Proscar Change Practitioner. This gives us access to a proven methodology, models, and tools to help organizations’ onboard projects/ organizational design changes to achieve business success.

Kahaso Mtana is a Financial and Business Development Consultant with over 10 years work experience within the Financial Services and Business Development Sector.
He draws his strength from being a futuristic and strategic thinker who thrives on new concept development, strategy formulation and helping turn around unprofitable businesses.
