Charles Mkangi

A successful leadership and change architect with over ten (10) years leadership experience gained through various positions both in the private sector & non-profit organization, training of blue-chip companies, small and medium enterprises (SME) and nongovernmental organizations. Possesses sound working knowledge of varied training techniques as well as demonstrating strong commercial acumen.

Business Leadership experience includes assisting in all aspects of revenue improvement and organizational efficiency that ensures that they develop best and next practices which will assist in cutting down cost of operation for good bottom line.

Mr. Mkangi has consulted for various firms among them East African Breweries Limited, Kenya Commercial Bank, Barclays, MultiChoice (K) Ltd, Unga Group, International Livestock Research Institute, amongst others. He has undertaken various assignments in Kenya and Ethiopia and a registered member of the Professional Trainers Association of Kenya (PTAK).

Jeniffer Mburu

Jenny is a creative, results-oriented HR generalist with over 13 years’ experience in HR management, Facilities Management and leadership. She has held the positions of

HR & Communications Officer, HR & Facilities Manager and Group HR supervising People operations in three countries.

She has championed HR strategies at the executive level. Her accomplishments resulted in practical cost-effective HR programs that improved business results. Her experience managing people issues provides her with an appreciation for the impact HR initiatives have on organization effectiveness as well as the need for simplicity and cost effectiveness to ensure positive results.

Jenny has a bachelor’s degree in HRM and is a certified Proscar Change Practitioner. This gives us access to a proven methodology, models, and tools to help organizations’ onboard projects/ organizational design changes to achieve business success.

Maryana Munyendo

A dynamic change and development agent with eight (8) years professional experience.

Exposure, facilitation and participation in developmental matters has given me a keen awareness of the recurrent need to develop people’s capacity for their empowerment in each sector that I have had the opportunity to work in: tourism, education, environment, banking, media, marketing, retail, advertising, NGO, governance and administration.

Client Interview

A typical consulting engagement begins with the client interview, conducted with the key decision maker(s), to determine the business requirements and definition of the scope of services to be delivered.


The interview is designed to allow for both client and consultant to explore the overall situation in the business and conduct a preliminary assessment of key areas on which to focus.

Consulting Proposal

The client interview provides the basis for the consulting proposal.


The proposal will cover the key areas of the work to be done including objectives to be accomplished, and results to be delivered.
